GOALS……Within Public Service:

 
A.  Cooperation……..Public/Private Municipal projects: To continue to foster and promote public/private joint ventures as a recipe for future success of both the 6^th District and Onondaga County as a whole….

 B.   Streamline County government:….. As a way to control taxes, and also as an example for local governments and school districts…Better management, less Labor, we need to do more with less.

 C.   Taxes….. Must be attacked through ALL angles and everyone must be held accountable, Labor, Management, State and County Governments….local Governments. as well.

 D.   Duplication of services….eliminate this throughout government.

 E.   Farmland protection…. is a tremendous tool in the fight to prevent Urban Sprawl, and preserve local Agri-business….not  growth….(Urban Sprawl) a CNY problem contributing to the increased cost of everything, including higher taxes…

 F.   Seek out more financial return from both State and Federal sources ...ie,  grants, earmarks, 0 percent loans…Private source grants/donations
